What does move-in/out cleaning involve?​​
Dusting: Thoroughly dust all surfaces, including ceiling fans, light fixtures, window blinds, baseboards and window sills in all spaces.
Floors: Remove scuffs and marks (If possible without causing damage), vacuum carpets, sweep and mop hard floors, and clean under furniture.
Upholstery: Vacuum upholstered furniture, including sofa, chairs, and cushions.
Kitchen: Clean and disinfect all surfaces, including countertops, appliances, and sinks. Deep clean stove, countertop stove, cooktop, refrigerator interior, cabinets, drawers, and pantry.
Bathrooms: Scrub and disinfect toilets, showers, bathtubs, and sinks. Clean mirrors, tiles, and grout.
Bedrooms: Vacuum or sweep under beds, and clean closet floors.
Windows: Clean interior and exterior windows, tracks, crevices and window sills.
Doors: Clean and disinfect door handles, door frames, and light switches.
Walls and stairs: Remove scuffs and marks on walls, rails, banisters and steps (If possible without causing damage)
Lights: Clean light shades, light covers and fixtures.
Miscellaneous: Special requests or items dependent on home configuration.
